Request

Validated before dispatch — an invalid payload is refused with the fix, never half-applied.

  • courseId string required
  • workspace string optional
  • slug string optional
  • lessons object[] | object required Lesson or lessons: { lessonId?, title?, body_md?, goal?, starters?, kind?, sort_order?, expected_version? }. No lessonId → a NEW lesson under slugify(title), suffixed -2, -3 … if taken (the minted id comes back in `versions`); neither lessonId nor title is refused. An existing lesson keeps every field omitted; a new one without sort_order appends. expected_version that no longer matches the stored lesson → that lesson is not written and comes back in `conflicts`.

Response

What comes back from the call.

  • ok boolean false iff conflicts is non-empty
  • saved number
  • versions object lessonId → new version of every lesson written
  • conflicts object[]

Traffic

Every call to course:lessons-save, counted where it is dispatched — over HTTP or in-process alike. Aggregate only — no actor, no payload, no workspace.

Counting…

Wiring

Every place in the open source that names course:lessons-save, and the file that answers it. Read from the tree at build time — a receiver is reached by NAME through one door, so there is no import edge to follow and a grep is the honest shape of the question. Structure, not volume — the count is in Traffic above.
